摘 要:本文針對(duì)日益提高的現(xiàn)代制造精度,以測(cè)量圓弧為例,分別從4個(gè)方面分析了三坐標(biāo)機(jī)測(cè)量圓弧過程中產(chǎn)生誤差的原因:以橢圓弧測(cè)量代替圓弧測(cè)量引起的測(cè)量誤差、零件本身制造引起的測(cè)量誤差、測(cè)頭半徑未被修正引起的測(cè)量誤差、小圓心角圓弧的敏感系數(shù)引起的測(cè)量誤差,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方法,從而較大幅度地減小了測(cè)量誤差,使測(cè)量值更接近真值。[著者文摘]
Error analysis of arc measure by CMMFang Binghong The 41^st Research Institute, CETC, Qingdao 266555Abstract:This paper analyzed the courses of measuring error in arc measurement by CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine) from four aspects for the increasingly improved desire of manufacturing accuracy. The courses were arc measurement been instead of elliptic arc measurement, part's manufacturing errors,the non-corrected gauge probe radius and the sensitivity coefficient of the arc of small central angle. The corresponding solving methods were proposed for the courses. Thus these methods greatly decreased the measurement error, made measurement value more close to true value.[著者文摘]
