角秒，又稱弧秒，是量度角度的單位，符號為 ″。
1°（度）= 60′（角分）= 3600″（角秒）

【平面】角度：1°=(p/180)rad     （ rad）弧度
【平面】角分：  1′=(p/10800)rad      
【平面】角秒：1″=(p/648000)rad

What is a second of arc? A full circle consists of 360 degrees. One degree can be divided into 60 minutes of arc. These minutes of arc should not be confused with minutes of time. Each minute of arc contains 60 seconds of arc, so a second of arc is an angle that is 1/3,600 of a degree.
弧秒是角度的單位，是度、分、秒的“秒”。因為單指“秒”時既可能是時間，也可能是角度，為了區分起見英文表述時就說，例如“20 seconds of arc”,用以區別 20 秒時間，人們常常翻譯成“xx 弧秒”，其實就是表示角度的秒。

1弧秒=1秒

1秒=1/3600度

1°=60分
1分=60秒
度化分乘以60，分化秒乘以60
EG:
15.36°=15°21.6分=15°21分36秒

1°= (π/180)rad = (10/9)百分度

1 rad = (180/π)°= (200/π)百分度

1 百分度 = 0.9°= (π/200)rad

角度的測量使用兩種單位制：角度制,弧度制
