氣相色譜法測定血樣中毒鼠強(qiáng)的不確定度評定
付朝暉 黃雪祥 鄧海中國疾病預(yù)防控制中心職業(yè)衛(wèi)生所,北京100050摘　要:血樣中毒鼠強(qiáng)含量的測定是判斷是否中毒的重要依據(jù)，測定結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性對臨床診斷與衛(wèi)生行政監(jiān)督部門的決策具有重要的意義，而測量不確定度正是反映測定結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性的一個(gè)指標(biāo)，因此有必要對毒鼠強(qiáng)測定不確定度進(jìn)行分析評定，血樣濃度為30．48μg／L，擴(kuò)展因子k=2時(shí)，總不確定度UC=3．3μg／L。[著者文摘]

Abstract:Determination of Tetramethylenedisul in blood is the gist for deciding whether or not being poisoning. Accuracy of the result has a significant effect on both clinical judgments and decisions of the health administration and supervision department. The uncertainty is an important index reflecting the accuracy of results. So it is necessary to analysis the uncertainty of the measurement of Tetramethylenedisul in blood, When the concentration of blood sample is 30.48μg/L and expanded factor K is equal to 2, Overall Expanded Uncertainty is 3.3μg/L.[著者文摘]
