摘 要:針對(duì)小模數(shù)齒輪傳統(tǒng)方法測(cè)量難,費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力等缺點(diǎn),提出了一種基于三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)CCD測(cè)頭在齒輪偏差測(cè)量中的新方法。該方法可以實(shí)現(xiàn)在齒廓有效工作范圍內(nèi)自動(dòng)快速掃描齒廓坐標(biāo),并直接進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與處理,通過(guò)漸開(kāi)線擬合的方法得到各偏差,實(shí)現(xiàn)在線測(cè)量。理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,本方法對(duì)小模數(shù)齒輪的測(cè)量具有簡(jiǎn)便、無(wú)接觸和效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。[著者文摘]

This paper presents a new method to measure pitch and tooth error of involute spur gear by CCD camera on CMM. The method can be achieved in the value of the profile automatically scan profde coordinates and processing data, through fitting involute to obtain the deviation.
